This is to certify that Messrs. S.D. Engineer & Son, Clearing Agents of Bombay, who were entrusted since 1926 with clearing and forwarding of Machinery parts of plants &c., dispatched by our London Agents, for the Sri Shakti Akali Works, Dhrangadhra, and for other departments of the State, have carried out their work to the entire satisfaction of His Highness Maharaja Saheb Bahadur and Dewan Saheb. The expeditious way in which the consignments were cleared from Bombay Docks and Customs was nothing but praiseworthy.
